01 — Introduction

Bloc Commercial Interiors has asked Sterling Temple to provide an as-built record of the second floor ahead of fit-out design. We will laser scan the full floor plate in a single visit and prepare an accurate general arrangement floor plan for direct use in design and space planning.

The completed drawing is issued in DWG (CAD) and PDF formats within five working days of the site visit.

08 — Method & Equipment

Sterling Temple surveys using 3D laser scanning, capturing a fully registered point cloud of the floor plate in a single visit. The point cloud is processed and cleaned in PointCab, then drawn up in BricsCAD and AutoCAD to produce the coordinated as-built general arrangement floor plan. All areas are stated in square metres, in accordance with RICS guidelines.
